My approach
Trish works humanistically: the starting point is you as a whole person, not a problem to be fixed. The work is about being heard and understood, and about making sense of your own experience in your own words.
There is no script and no set of things you are expected to talk about. Curiosity, honesty and respect sit at the centre of the work, and the direction it takes comes from you.
You decide what to bring, how much of it, and when.
